Jerry Ytzen, President

Jerry Ytzen is a former Senior Executive with a large multinational company with extensive global experience over the last twenty years including a leadership assignment in the Pacific area. In the last two years, he has  focused both on his International Consulting business as well as providing the leadership and vision to help structure and implement the strategies for the success of Nuff Said Enterprises LLC.

Jerry brings an entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional dedication to excellence to our company. His commitment to the company is evident in his leadership abilities and in his role of creating a dynamic work environment. His job responsibilities are centered around creating the long-term vision for the company and developing synergies and relationships that will enhance the company’s business model.

Brandon Hunt, Managing Partner

Brandon is the managing partner and founder of Show Appeal Realty. He has extensive knowledge of the Phoenix Arizona Real Estate market and his success has lead to feature articles in major media outlets such as Business Week, Realtor Magazine, CBC, RealtyTrac, etc.

With a background in business from Indiana University, Brandon has leveraged the power of technology to change the landscape of a traditional real estate brokerage. He has developed a strong online presence in the Phoenix Metro Area with the brand, AzSearchForHomes.com and Show Appeal Realty.

His expertise is vital to securing the best profit generating properties that will sell in the current real estate market. Brandon’s job responsibilities include: acquisition, project management, real estate consultation and all marketing aspects of the company.

Michelle Trimmell, COO

Michelle is an innovative leader and pragmatic manager with expertise in designing and implementing effective strategies and managing resources to produce profit.  With her MBA and over 20 years of business experience, she has honed the ability to provide comprehensive business systems analyses that optimize operations, minimize costs, and improve the bottom line.  Her business experience includes management nationwide and in a variety of industries such as real estate and finance.  Michelle has developed sound Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, and keen analytical skills that ensure the daily operational success of Nuff Said Enterprises.
